• Terms and Conditions By completing your purchase, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions: 1. Subscription Terms 1.1 Cost of Subscription The residential recycling pickup subscription costs $20.00 per month, plus an $0.80 processing fee applied to each monthly charge, for a total monthly charge of $20.80. 1.2 Billing Schedule Subscriptions are billed on the date of initial enrollment and will automatically renew on the same day of each subsequent month. For example, if you enroll on the 15th of the month, your subscription will be billed on the 15th of each following month. The total charge, including the $0.80 processing fee, will be automatically charged to your provided payment method. 1.1 Cost of Subscription The residential recycling pickup subscription costs $20.00 per month, plus an $0.80 processing fee applied to each monthly charge, for a total monthly charge of $20.80 per billing cycle. 2. Payment and Fees 2.1 Payment Methods By entering your payment information, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the monthly subscription fee and applicable processing fee. 2.2 Declined Payments If a payment is declined, your subscription may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. 3. Cancellation and Refunds 3.1 Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team or through your online account portal. 3.2 Refunds Fees already charged for the current month are non-refundable, even if the subscription is canceled mid-month. 4. Modifications to the Subscription Terms 4.1 Changes to Fees or Services We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or service terms with prior notice. Any changes will take effect in the next billing cycle following the notice. 4.2 Notification You will be notified of any updates to the subscription terms via the email associated with your account or through the website. 5. Use of Services 5.1 Eligibility By subscribing, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent. 5.2 Compliance You agree to use the services provided in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 6. Privacy and Data Use 6.1 Data Collection Personal information provided during the checkout process is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 6.2 Third-Party Payments Transactions may involve third-party payment processors, and their terms and conditions may also apply. 7. Liability 7.1 No Guarantees We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. While we strive for reliable service, unforeseen interruptions may occur. 7.2 Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription during the most recent billing cycle. 8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. 9.
